Tri-Built offers a wide variety of Self-Adhered, APP and SBS modified asphalt roofing membranes. With multiple surfacing solutions,
Tri-Built provides a variety of unique and customized surfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, UV resistant, energy efficient,
skid resistant, and non-abrasive. Tri-Built's Self-Adhering products create an aggressive self-adhesive under the reinforcements and
utilize glass fiber polyester reinforcements, with an APP or SBS modified bitumen compound as a weathering surface. Due to the
patented FastLap and SealLap lapping systems, an instantaneous seal is created insuring a seal that is dry and immediately bonded.
The self-adhering properties of these membranes provide an alternate application solution to the traditional hot asphalt, propane torch
or odorous adhesives.
APP Granular

TRI-BUILT APP Granular membranes are premium, polyester reinforced APP modified bitumen roofing membranes specially designed for
heat-welded applications. Constructed with premium Atactic Polypropylene resins, and incorporating superior polyester reinforcing,
TRI-BUILT APP Granular provides an exceptionally durable roofing product which is easy to install and will provide long-term weathering
performance.
APP Smooth

TRI-BUILT APP Smooth membranes are premium, polyester reinforced APP modified bitumen roofing products specially designed for

Self-Adhered APP Cap

TRI-BUILT Self-Adhered APP Cap membranes are premium, self-adhered plastomeric roofing products, manufactured using patented
Dual-Compound Self-Adhesive technology, whereby a “true” APP polymer modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an
aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. TRI-BUILT Self-Adhered APP Capmembranes are built with a high
performance reinforced polyester mat to guarantee excellent dimensional stability.
Self-Adhered Base Sheet

TRI-BUILT Self-Adhered Base Sheet membranes are premium, self-adhered elastomeric base ply roofing products, manufactured using patented Dual-Compound Self-Adhesive technology, whereby a “true” polymer modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. TRI-BUILT Self-Adhered Base Sheet membranes are built with a high performance reinforced fiberglass mat to guarantee excellent dimensional stability.

SBS Cap Sheet

TRI-BUILT SBS Cap membranes are high quality elastomeric, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified asphalt roofing membranes specially designed for hot asphalt, cold adhesive or heat welding (with burn-off polyethylene) applications. Reinforced with a superior polyester membrane, the TRI-BUILT SBS CAP exhibits exceptional tensile strength and puncture resistance. The granulated surface provides superior long term UV protection. Manufactured for the commercial, industrial and residential markets, the proprietary SBS asphalts and product composition will offer long term resistance to moisture, dimensional stability and flexibility.
