elastomeric roof coating designed to cool roof surfaces and extend roof life.
Roof X Tender 500 White Elastomeric Cool Roof Coating provides a reflective barrier
which prevents the sun’s heat and destructive UV rays from deteriorating roof
surfaces. It also blocks heat build-up in roof membranes, which leads to a reduction of
roof temperatures and reduced cooling costs.
PREMIUM Acrylic RX-700 Water Base
Roof X Tender™ 700 Premium White Acrylic Cool Roof Coating is a state-of-the-art,
high performance coating designed to protect, preserve and extend roof life.
Roof X Tender 700 drastically reduces roof top temperatures helping to minimize
energy usage and cooling costs. This coating contains premium resins and polymers
for added flexibility as well as select titanium dioxide for added reflectivity and coverage
properties. Application of this coating also reduces heat build up in the roof membrane
and can greatly extend the life of existing roofing materials so they are more durable
and last longer.
PREMIUM SEBS RX-900 Solvent Base
Roof X Tender™ 900 Premium Thermoplastic Coating is a white, liquid rubber coating
manufactured using a select blend of thermoplastic polymers, rubbers and solvents.
This coating is ideal for coating and sealing metal, concrete and single ply membranes.
The highly elastic rubber and polymers in this product create a highly durable and
flexible coating that expands and contracts over 700%. This rubber like membrane
withstands extreme weather conditions, is UV blocked, and provides an ultra cool finish
that drastically reduces roof temperatures. This reduction in temperatures leads to
lower heat transfer into your building and can substantially reduce energy usage and
cooling costs. This product can also serve as a vapor barrier and has good resistance
to standing water conditions. Do not apply over wet or damp substances, insulation or
uncured coatings as this may cause blisters to form or delamination to occur.
