Roof X Tender™ 200 Rubber Roof Seal SB is a solvent based liquid rubber
elastomeric coating and adhesive used in the restoration and construction of built
up, modified and gravel roof systems. Roof X Tender 200 Rubber Roof Seal SB
contains a unique blend of thermoplastic rubber which provides exceptional flexibility
and waterproofing protection. When used as a coating or resaturant, this product
provides a durable surface over existing membranes and can greatly extend the
life of existing roof systems. Roof X Tender 200 Rubber Roof Seal SB also provides
exceptional adhesion and bonding strength and can be used in the construction of
new systems to adhere bituminous membranes, base sheets and ply sheets.
NOTE: This product is formulated to be used on /with Asphalt and Modified Asphalt
Roofing. Do not use on single ply sheets such as TPO, EDPM, PVC or other single ply
membranes.
