in the restoration of existing roof systems. This highly elastic coating has exceptional
flexibility, elongation and tensile strength. It provides a heavy duty protective layer
over existing membranes forming a seamless barrier that will keep your building dry.
Its elastomeric properties and superior bonding ability produce an outstanding base
coat of protection that expands and contracts with roof’s surfaces to resist peeling,
cracking and checking. Roof X Tender 300 Rubber Roof Seal WB can be applied to
modified bitumen, built up roofing, asphalt, metal and concrete surfaces. DO NOT
ALLOW STORED PRODUCT TO FREEZE.
